  1. Does anyone know the status of HB 1694? It has been "referred to judiciary" since February 6th. Is the bill still moving forward and does anyone have any knowledge if it has a chance to pass? I would love to see this go into effect!!

  3. SHB 1027 and HB 1694 regarding child support both have a status of...."By resolution, reintroduced and retained in present status." Can anyone tell me what this means?

  5. my understanding is that "resolution, reintroduced and retained in present status." means that the bill will still be around for (possible) consideration next session

Hopefully it is not simply left to die in committee.
